Jane Lindsey paints and draws with oil pastels and mixed-media on paper in the studio and plein air. She has an undergraduate degree in Art from Humboldt State University and a Master’s of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing from the Art Institute of Chicago.

She was the Director of the Juneau-Douglas City Museum for almost two decades and has a passion for museums, art, art history and culture.

Her work captures pattern, shape and color in the Alaskan and Juneau landscape.
