My name is Christine Lewis and I am a self-taught artist from Maine, living in beautiful Juneau, Alaska since 2011.

I have been creating some form of artwork for most of my life but when I came to Alaska I discovered my passion was for painting its breathtaking landscapes that are the backdrop of my everyday activities.

​​​​I regularly have to stop to soak in the beauty around me, and also to thank the Lord for allowing me to live here and to spend so much time doing what I love.

I enjoy capturing everyday scenes in my paintings so that others too, may get a sense of experiencing life in Alaska, and take a piece of that home with them.
